This website is published by ARMKU LLC, a Texas limited liability company operating under the Luxverum Capital name, for informational purposes only. By using it you accept these terms.
- The content is not investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and is not personalized to any reader.
- Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, in any jurisdiction. Any future offering would be made only through formal offering documents, which control over anything on this site.
- Figures are generated automatically by the trading system and published without human editing; they may contain errors and can change without notice. Use them at your own risk.

2. Privacy & data
We collect the minimum needed to run this site:
- Fund updates subscription: if you subscribe, we store your email address, optional name, and language preference on our own server. We use them for one purpose only — sending Luxverum Capital updates. We never sell, rent, or share them with third parties for marketing.
- Investor accounts: login credentials for the investor terminal are stored hashed; sessions use signed tokens.
- Server logs: standard web-server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are kept for security and operations and rotated routinely.
- Your rights: you can unsubscribe at any time via the one-click link in every email, and you can request deletion of your data by replying to any update email. We honor deletion requests promptly.
3. Email communications
Fund updates are strictly opt-in. Every message includes a working one-click unsubscribe link. We send the monthly factsheet and material fund milestones — no third-party promotions, ever. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and permanently unless you re-subscribe yourself.
4. Cookies & local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember two preferences — language and light/dark theme — and, in the investor terminal, a session token after you log in. No analytics beacons, no third-party trackers.
5. Intellectual property
The Luxverum Capital name, site design, text, and generated reports are the property of ARMKU LLC. The trading system's methods, thresholds, model configurations, and signal parameters are proprietary trade secrets and are expressly not licensed by anything published here.
6. Fund disclosures
The complete performance and risk disclosures — nature of the paper forward-test, hypothetical-performance limitations, regulatory status, risk factors, fees, benchmark notes, and conflicts of interest — are published with the fund report.
7. Governing law & changes
These notices are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes to the privacy terms will be announced to subscribers by email.
